Qualification :
- Male/Female, D3 / S1 majoring in IT, preferably having 1-2 years experience as IT technical support (computer service & support)
- Good knowledge about windows desktop operating system, backup system, network system, email, internet.
General Requirements :
- Fluent in English – reports / communication - spoken and written
- Honest, hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and initiative
